After team is created, all players will need to complete the player waiver form (including the team captain, if they are participating). A link to the player waiver form will be sent to the emails listed in the roster above.
After the deadline, all roster changes must be submitted at the event site prior to the first game, and must be approved by commissioner. Onsite changes cost $20/player.
