Early Registration (until July 1):  $100 per team (min of 4 player, max of 5 players)
Late Registration  (July 2 - July 11): $150 per team 

Women's 
Event date: Saturday, July 26
Co-Ed 
Event date: Sunday, July 27
Early Registration (until July 1):  $100 per team (min of 4 player, max of 5 players)
Late Registration  (July 2 - July 20): $150 per team 
*Processing Fee: $2.95 plus 2.5% per team or $12 per team for paper registration
